This might be for you if…
- You struggle with sleep on a consistent basis and feel anxious about it – worrying about falling asleep, waking too early, or how insomnia affects your life. Maybe you’ve even changed your lifestyle because of it.
- You’ve tried everything under the sun, but nothing seems to stick. You’re tired of chasing quick fixes and just want real, lasting change.
- You’re new to all this and not sure where to start.
- You already know that anxiety and hyperarousal fuel your insomnia. You’ve made some progress, but now you’ve hit a rough patch or feel like you’re back at square one.
- You just need some encouragement and someone to talk to.
- You’re ready to take charge of your recovery – you just need a little guidance.
Frequently asked questions
How are calls different from the content you share for free?
The value of a call lies in its individualization. You can clarify aspects of the teaching within the context of your own experience and ask questions that you might not have seen addressed so far.
The content of our calls is not different from the insights I share on my other platforms. I do not hold back information from my free resources, and many people benefit from those resources alone. This is why it can be helpful to become familiar with my content before booking a call.
I booked a call, but I would like to reschedule or cancel it. How can I do that?
It happens. You booked a call, but something came up, or maybe you’ve decided to go in a different direction, or things are going well and you don’t currently need support. I totally understand! So, if you need to reschedule or cancel the call, here’s what you can do:
**Reschedule.** If you want to reschedule the call, just send me an email at alina@fearlesssleep.com as soon as possible, and make sure to do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled call. Once I receive your message, we'll agree on the new date (note that I can’t guarantee immediate availability for rescheduled calls). You can reschedule within 3 months from the date of purchase.
**Cancellation.** To cancel and get a full refund for a one-off call, please cancel 24 hours before our scheduled start time – email me at alina@fearlesssleep.com. In case of a no-show or cancellation within less than 24 hours, no refunds are possible. Please note that rescheduled calls can’t be canceled with a full or partial refund.
If you have any further questions, please email me.
Do I need to prepare for the call?
There is no need to do any preparation before the call unless you want to. However, it can be helpful if you can identify one or two areas that you would like to address during the call. In my experience, more focused calls tend to be more fruitful. If you can’t find a specific area and just seek general support and encouragement, that’s okay too. During the call, we will have a chance to identify any hidden roadblocks together.
I don’t want to commit to long-term work. Can I still book a call?
Absolutely! I completely understand that long-term commitments may not be suitable for everyone.
You’re more than welcome to book a call even if you don’t want ongoing support. Sometimes, just one session can provide the much-needed clarity and motivation to set you on the right path. However, please keep in mind that a single call won’t work miracles. The journey to recovery requires time, dedication, hard work, and taking responsibility for your own well-being.
If you feel empowered and confident to continue independently after our call, there’s no need to commit to additional meetings. You can take what you’ve learned and embark on your own journey to peaceful sleep!
However, it’s not uncommon to face occasional difficulties and setbacks as you progress on your journey. If you find yourself stuck and unsure of how to proceed, you can consider booking a follow-up call. We will dive deeper into the factors that may be holding you back and discuss how to move forward.
Can I work with you if I’m taking sleep medication or going through another programme?
There’s no conflict between our conversations and any other forms of support you may be receiving.
The purpose of our calls is to support you on your unique journey. You’re ultimately the one who makes decisions based on what you believe is best for you. I will never advise you for or against taking medication or undergoing other treatments.
If you choose to use sleep medication, we can explore how the overall teachings can coexist with your chosen path. However, decisions about starting, reducing or stopping medication should always be discussed with your healthcare provider. Our conversations are educational and supportive and do not replace professional medical advice.
What duration of the call should I choose?
I offer 50- and 90-minute calls. Both are conducted in the same way, so simply choose based on how much time you think you’ll need.
Please note that unused call time cannot be refunded. If you’re unsure whether you’ll use the full 90 minutes, I recommend choosing the 50-minute option.
Shorter calls or splitting one call into two sessions isn’t possible.
Can I email you after the call?
Yes. It is okay to get in touch with a brief question after the call; please allow a few days for a reply. If a question needs a more in-depth discussion, or you have several questions, I may suggest another call.
