Insomnia & sleep anxiety recovery
Your body already knows how to sleep, but the fear of not sleeping can interfere with it. Here we break that vicious cycle.

Hi, I’m Alina!
Former insomniac & creator of Fearless Sleep. I help people overcome their fear of not sleeping.
A note from me
If you struggle with ongoing insomnia and sleep anxiety, first I want to say — I’m sorry you’re here. I know firsthand how frustrating, dreadful and isolating it can be. At the same time, I’m glad you found this page.
My message is simple: life without insomnia is possible. I used to think I’d never have a normal life again once I fell into insomnia’s vicious cycle. I thought something had broken in me and that I’d forgotten how to sleep. Every time I went to bed, my heart would start racing and my brain would keep waking me up again and again. The way out seemed impossible.
And yet, here I am, years later, and things have changed — not only has fear stopped interfering with my natural ability to sleep, it’s no longer there.
I started putting together everything I’d learned throughout my journey, and people started messaging me about how it was changing their lives too. That’s how Fearless Sleep was born: a collection of resources and different kinds of support for anyone overcoming insomnia and sleep anxiety.
